RETURN, REFUND & WALLET POLICY
We are committed to providing quality automobile products and a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned, refunded, or credited to a customer wallet.
By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Customers may return Item(s) supplied within 12 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests made after 12 days will not be accepted.
Items Eligible for Return
The following items are eligible for return if they meet all conditions:
- All Auto spare parts, Auto Products, Lubricants and accessories
Conditions for Return
Returned items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Be returned with original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories
- Not show signs of damage, tampering, or misuse
- Match the original item ordered (part number/model)
- Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected or subject to partial value assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or usage
- Electrical parts once installed or tested
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
REFUND & WALLET OPTIONS
Upon successful inspection and approval, customers may choose one of the following options:
Wallet Credit (Recommended Option)
- The full value of the returned item (excluding delivery fees, if applicable) will be credited to the customer’s Wallet.
- Wallet credits are processed within 24–48 hours after return approval.
- Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the platform.
- Wallet credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
- Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Refund to Original Payment Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout or any account number provided by the customer.
- Bank transfers/cards: 3–5 business days (depending on bank processing)
- Delivery or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
ABUSE & POLICY VIOLATIONS
We reserve the right to:
Decline returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return behavior
Suspend wallet privileges or accounts involved in policy abuse or fraud
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect business or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated via our website or app.
